How to run RTSP through Laptop

Open VLC media player on your laptop, click on Media option & select stream as shown below image:-

An open Media window will open & click on Add button & select any HD video from your laptop as shown below image:-

Then click on Next & select rtsp from drop down in stream output window & click on Add
as shown below image:-

Enter the any name of the file in Path (e.g. d.sdp) & click on Next as shown below image:-

Now enter the IP address of your notebook in stream output as shown below image:-

 copy the rtsp command as shown below image:-

 

Now click on Stream button. Your stream is running & you can see your stream over the network through rtsp command  as shown below image:-

 Now open VLC Media player in another notebook & click on media & select open network stream & enter the rtsp command in Network URL & click on Play as shown below image:-

 Your notebook video will play through rtsp command over the Network as shown below image:-

How to Add Borderless IE in IconPro Studio

1. Install IconPro Studio on Controller & Launch it.
2. Select App N VNC properties tab & click on Edit button of Google.
3. Enter the executable path of IE & enter the command argument & URL of site (like google) as shown in below image.

4. Click on Update button. Added application will be appear on Application Stream.
5. Double click on Added Application. Border less Application (Google) will be launched on Videowall as shown in below image .

6. You can add multiple border less IE application with same process.

How to check Latency of a Video Signal

1. Run any video @ 30fps on your laptop.
2. Now connect your laptop as a input on your controller.
3. Now launch connected input.
4. Min 1frame & Max 2 frame drop per second as shown below.

How to install , configure & run DVSWeb from Client

If you want to Cube monitoring from IconPro Studio then you have to install & configure the dvsWeb software on your Controller. Below Steps helps you to how to install & configure dvsWeb on Controller.

1. Install dvsweb from dvsweb_setup.exe.

Click on Next...

Click on Next........

During installation Wibukey driver should be installed then click on OK.

After installation of Wibukey driver ,python will start in installing & click on Next....

Click on Next , next & Finish as shown on below figure....

After the installation of Python ,Microsoft Visual C++2008 redistributable start installing with Chines language, click on Next, next & finish as shown below image....

Press Enter in Command Prompt, it open a new Command Window, it asking for the local netwotk or use specific IP, Press 1 or 2 as you required as shown below figure...

After Press 1 or 2 it open a Command prompt window & provide a url as shown in below image....

Now Launch IconPro Studio Application on Controller & Connect with IconPro Client......
 Goto File--> Select Cube Control Feature.

It open a pop-up window. You have to enter the URL of dvsweb.

When you enter the URL in pop-up window, it open a tab in IconPro Client & asking for User name & password. By default User Name Admin & Password also Admin...as shown in below....

After Entering the User name & password, it will open Wall Configuration Page as shown below.....

Now you can Monitor Wall from Here.

How to troubleshoot side by side configuration is incorrect error in Server 2008

When you installing IconPro Studio in Server 2008 & you are unable to install or getting an error like (side by side configuration is incorrect). Please follow below step:-

1.    Installation of Windows Server 2008 Standard 64 bit.
2.    After Installation of OS install IconPro Studio Server.
3.    Unable to install IconPro Server.
4.    Install vcredist_2010_x86.
5.    Installation Successful.
6.    Now launch IconPro Studio & its unable to launch.
7.    Now Enable Desktop Experience feature in Window Server 2008 from Server manager.
8.    Launch IconPro Studio.
9.    Now its showing an error (Side by side configuration is incorrect).
10.   Now install vcredist_2008_x64.
11.   Launch IconPro Server.Lunched successfully & but showing Nmap has stop working error.
12.   Install winpcap-nmap-4.13.
13.   Launch IconPro Server.Lunched successfully & but showing Nmap has stop working error.
14.    Install vcredist_2010_x86.
15.    Now launch IconPro Studio Server.
16.   Lunched successfully & now its working Fine.

How to configure Grid with Nvidia Cards

If you want to configure Grid on videowall with Nvidia card, please follow below step:-

1.Install Nvidia driver with nView feature. After the installation of driver please restart your system.

2. After restart right click on desktop & click on nView Desktop Manager.
    A nView Desktop Manager window will open & Click on Enable button.

3. Click on Gridline editor & select any Grid Templates as you desire

4. When you select a Grid templates, it will show automatically, selected Grid templates.

5. Now click on User interface button from nView panel window & check all the feature aspect Enable nView toolbar & click on Apply button.

 

 6.  When you click on apply button grid feature will be highlighted in top bar of nView task manager.

7. Now you can set your content according the Grid.

How to select best performance Setting in Nvidia Cards

Sometime Nvidia cards showing some flicker. If you are faces any flickering issue, then please follow below steps that can help you to resolve that issue.

1. Right click on My computer of controller which having nvidia cards.
2. Click on Properties & select Advanced system setting.
3. Click on setting of Performance feature in advanced tab.
4. Select adjust for best performance in visuals Effects tab.
5. It will uncheck automatically all the feature of visuals Effects tab.
6. Then you check the last feature "Use visual styles on windows & buttons."
7. When you check last feature, Custom feature will be selected automatically.
8. Click on Apply button.

How to run IconProStudio on Windows server 2012 R2

If you are unable to run IconPro Studio in Windows Server 2008 & its showing"WMVCORE.DLL is missing from your computer" error.

The error is caused by not having the Windows Media Player libraries installed. You can easily resolve the error by installing the Desktop Experience for Windows Server 2008 which includes Windows Media Player.
 Please follow below steps for troubleshooting:-

Click on Server Manager button which locate on the taskbar. Server Manager Dashboard window will be open & click on Add Role and Feature.

 By clicking on add role & feature, its wizard will start & click on Next.

 Now Select Role based or feature based installation & click on Next.

Now check mark on select a server from the server pool & click on Next.













No need to add any roles just simply click on Next.

Now select User interface and infrastructure & double click on it. Now check mark on Desktop Experience feature & click on next.














When you click on next a pop up will come for required feature. Select Media Foundation & click on add feature & click on install.














Now Desktop Experience feature will start loading.

It will takes some time, when its process will be completed click on close.

How to work with Multiplicity

1. Download Latest version of Multiplicity & install it on the controller. Double click on Multiplicity & make it as Primary.

2. Install Multiplicity on your laptop or PC & launch it & make them as secondary & it provide a passcode to you.

3. Now select KVM option in Primary Multiplicity & click on Add computer. User can add computer name where multiplicity run or select computers from list as shown below image:-

4. When you add selected computer it ask for a Passcode. Now enter the pass code of added computer (secondary Multiplicity computer) as shown below image:-

5. When you enter the passcode, selected PC will be added on Primary Multiplicity as shown below image:-

6. Now double click on connect button of added computer. Added computer will shown on your videowall as shown below image:-
